Jeremy Freeman was asked by Hilton Hotels UK to talk to all the Hilton Hotel General Managers at the Annual Management Conference in Birmingham in May 2004. The seminar was about disability awareness and Jeremy's remit was to talk about Deaf Awareness in the Hospitality Industry. The seminars were well received. Testimonials are available to view here.
